  1. CHURCH COUNCIL

    Works along with the Apostle to help set policy, design and develop action plans. The members of the Council head departments and give spiritual oversight to ministries, with responsibility for discipline and pastoral care to the general covenantorship of R.M.I. They share in the overall delivery of ministry, such as preaching, teaching, counseling, laying on of hands and praying for the sick. Members of the Church Council must be involved in ministry at the altar and willing to make home visits.

  2. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

    These leaders work along with the Church Council to implement policies, and to carry out action plans. They give oversight to the administrative arm of the church, to assist in making sure the various departments and ministries are functioning efficiently. These leaders assist in planning of conferences, seminars, training etc. They also share in the delivery of teaching, preaching, counseling, laying on of hands (prophetic presbytery), and ministering at the altar.

  3. MINISTERS & PROPHETIC TEAM

    These are members who are actively involved in ministry and form part of the prophetic presbytery or teaching ministry. They work very closely with the Executive Committee to assist them in executing some of their administrative functions. They share in ministering the Word, teaching, altar work and counseling.

  4. TEAM OF DEACONS

    Under-study the Executive Committee and assist in ‘getting the job done’, focus in meeting the need of covenantors’ especially the sick and shut-ins. They serve in positions such as armor bearer, altar worker, and cleaning, maintenance & security personnel.

  5. HEADS OF MINISTRIES

    Have responsibility for a particular ministry within the Assembly as delegated by the Apostle. Coordinate the work of committees and implement plans in accordance with the overall vision of the Assembly. Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of that ministry. Encourage unity, commitment, cooperation and a high level of excellence in the executing of responsibilities.

  6. HEAD OF COMMITTEES

    Convene meetings on a regular basis to mobilize work teams and ensure that targets set by leadership are met as efficiently and effectively as possible.

  7. JUNIOR CHURCH (4-12 YEARS)

    The systematic training of children in the Word of God, with the aim of encouraging them to grow in the knowledge of God and to develop holistically as Jesus did during His earthly ministry. Luke 2:52 states that, “Jesus increased in wisdom (intellectual growth), and stature (physical growth), and favour with God (spiritual growth) and man (social growth).” Give instructions from the Scriptures in the fundamentals of Character building, encourage social interaction and seek to develop skills and talents. Provide more information on world affairs and develop training in information technology.

  8. NURSERY (3mths – 3years):

    Provides total care for infants during time of congregational gathering with structured pre-school teaching to reinforce basic Christian principles.

  9. YOUTH EXPLOSION MINISTRY (13 years and over):

    The gathering of our youth around sessions that will edify, equip and help them to become more rounded, mature, productive and progressive young people. These meetings are designed to deal with the fundamentals of character building, social interaction and to develop the skills and talents of our youth. They must be encouraged to live clean and virtuous lives.

  10. R.M.I TRANSFORMATIONAL TEAM:

    This is intercession and spiritual warfare with a difference – apostolic and prophetic governmental declarations that change things in the spiritual and the natural realm. This ministry is open to the entire church and is an excellent opportunity to learn the rudiments of effective spiritual warfare. We need to engage God in much intercession, fasting and prayer in this season.

  11. WORSHIP DEPARTMENT

  12. MEDIA MINISTRY: (Part of the Worship Dept)
    • Operating the multi-media projector in conjunction with worship ministry
    • Operating the sound system and recording and duplicating of CDs.
    • Editing, preparing and distributing of audio CDs, DVDs and tapes.
    • Maintenance of all equipment – computers, projectors, duplicating machines etc.

  13. HOST AND HOSTESS MINISTRY – Three (3) Dimensional :
    • Hosts – Supervise the seating arrangements in the sanctuary; greet people at the door, altar work ministry when necessary, and car park duties. Make sure everything is in place for tithes, offerings and altar work (Modesty cloths) etc.
    • Greeters – Greet people at the door, take note of visitors, interact and entertain visitors at the end of a service. Make sure they receive information from visitors so we can keep in touch with them. Also assist in host/hostess duties.
    • Hospitality – Provide and prepare meals, snacks and drinks for pastors and guests.

  14. ALTAR WORKERS

    Assist the ministers at the altar during their ministry and functions under the direction and guidance of that particular minister. May be called upon to handle some aspect of counseling and assist in deliverance. Must be very sensitive and alert when ministry is in progress.

  15. MOPAC:

    Men Of Power And Commitment. Sessions are specially geared towards the needs of men. This gathering aims to bring the men into a closer bond of friendship, fellowship and ministry and to be a means of activating them into greater commitment and love for God. All men are invited to these sessions.

  16. SISTIR’S MINISTRY – Three (3) Dimensional

    Monthly meetings geared towards ministering to the needs of women in the Assembly. It is a time of fellowship and sharing, on issues relating to that gender. All women are invited to these sessions.

    • Singles Ministry – Reaching out to the singles within the Assembly with the aim of encouragement, special discussion sessions, lectures and fun times.
    • Wives On The Frontline – All married women in the Assembly having some fun time, fellowship, social interaction. Getting to know one another on a more friendly covenantal basis and able to encourage and help teach each other in relation to the married life.
    • Mentorship - A ministry which pairs the younger women of our assembly to a more mature and experienced adult who will groom them in areas of ministry.

  17. HOSPITAL VISITATION

    Covenantors visiting and ministering to the sick at hospital or those bed-ridden at home. This ministry has been very consistent for years and has seen great results. Feel free to be a part of it.

  18. BIRTH MONTH GROUPS

    Covenantors who are all born within a particular month are joined together to have small group sessions for prayer, bible study, worship and fellowship. Each group has a leader and assistant leader appointed by the apostle. They are therefore twelve such groups, January – December. New Covenantors and visitors are invited to be in the group of their month of birth.

  19. SECRETARIAT

    An Administrative Center where ‘excellence’ is the watch-word. Responsible for preparing, creating and dispatching correspondence, such as letters, invitations, posters/flyers and brochures to other local churches and the general public re: upcoming events such as conferences, seminars, conventions and retreats. Also follow up letters to visitors, and filing such information of visitors, keeping records of all covenantors safely, creation of a ministry news letter and magazine; to also help with the transcribing of sermons and prophecies when necessary.   20. CHURCH HISTORIAN & PHOTOGRAPHY MINISTRY:

    Video recording and documenting of information pertaining to significant events such as our annual conference, conventions, seminars, retreats and other significant happenings within the Ministry. Recording of prophecies, highlights of services and visits by guest speakers, baptism, reception of Covenantors etc. Must take and have photographs and/or video clippings on file and can also help with the transcribing and documenting of sermons. Creates and manages an archive for the Ministry.

  21. RESTORATION SCHOOL OF MINISTRY – (Discipleship Dept)

    This is the umbrella body under which all teaching and training programs will be conducted at R.M.I. It will cover Bible Study, Junior Church curriculum, School of the Prophets, Firm Foundation, Evangelism Explosion and Seminars on Worship, Deliverance, Inner Healing, Finance, and Health Issues etc. A person’s behaviour can be influenced by what they are taught. We therefore need to place renewed emphasis on teaching and training in order to influence behavioral change.
